

IF UNDER MINIMUM, CONSULT AGENT FOR ADJUSTED PER PERSON RATE
Transportation: All tours are provided with deluxe climate controlled motorcoaches equipped with lavatory and video systems.
Reservations/Cancellations: On all overnight tours, a minimum deposit of $500 per bus must accompany each reservation. Confirmation of specific hotel accommodations will be made only upon receipt of deposit. At least 6 weeks prior to the date of departure, you must provide a completed rooming list and the balance of the payment due. For most one-day tours, a minimum of $300.00 is required with each reservation. The final payment, in all instances will be due as stipulated in your contract. If payment is not received by the stated date your contract will be cancelled. Special deposit and payment conditions apply to all air tours, rail tours and cruises. These requirements will be explained and confirmed at the time of your reservation.
Baggage: On motorcoach tours baggage is limited to one piece of luggage per passenger. Information concerning the purchase of additional insurance, which is recommended, is available on request.
International Travel: International travel by motorcoach, air or sea in most instances requires a passport.
Hotels & Itineraries: Hotels and itineraries are strictly adhered to. Adler Travel Network, Inc. dba SGS Travelscope reserves the right to substitute hotels of comparable quality and to revise itineraries when necessary. In all instances, such changes will in no way detract from the overall quality of the tour.
Gratuities and Taxes: On motorcoach tours, unless otherwise stated on your contract, all room and meal taxes, meal service gratuities (for included meals) and porterage charges are included in your tour rate. A gratuity to the motorcoach driver is customary and is left to the discretion of the group leader. Driver gratuities are not included in the contract price.
Smoking: A no smoking policy is enforced by all motorcoach carriers. Rest stops are scheduled for passengers' comfort and convenience.
Responsibility: Adler Travel Network, Inc. dba SGS Travelscope (SGS) does not own or operate any supplier of services for these tours (such as bus companies, cruise lines or other transportation companies, casinos, hotels, etc.) and consequently assumes no responsibility for any delay, injury, death, loss, damage, inconvenience or additional cost due to any negligent or willful act or omission of any such third party, or of any other third party over whom SGS has no control. SGS reserves the right to accept or decline any person as a member of the tour, and reserves the right to change the arrangements or cancel the tour should conditions make such changes or cancellations advisable. All prices listed on this website and in our brochure are subject to change. SGS will not be responsible for the theft, loss or damage of baggage and personal property. The trip organizer is not an employee, representative or agent of SGS and acts solely as a representative of the group or organization. Any refunds issued by SGS are issued only to the person named on a contract with SGS, on the condition that the acceptance of such refunds is considered final. Such refunds will release SGS from any further claims by the recipient of that refund.
